Festival Map and Directions

Directions
  • The Earth Day Festival is at the Student Center and on the covered patio under the Skiles Building on Friday, April 19, 2019 from 10 am until 3 pm. 
  • If you are arriving from off-campus, the best way to get to the festival is by public transit. Take MARTA to the Midtown station. Exit on the south side of the station and take the free Tech Trolley to the transit hub (final stop) and you will be at the festival.
  • If you are an attendee driving to the event, there is first come first serve visitor parking for a fee near the festival area. See below for details.
For Attendees:
  • If using I-75 or I-85 Southbound:
    1. Take exit 249D for North Avenue/Georgia Tech.
    2. Turn right at the stoplight onto North Avenue.
    3. Continue onto North Avenue and take a right onto Cherry St.
    4. The street will dead end at a stop sign. Take a left at it onto Ferst Drive.
    5. Continue straight until reaching Area 2 parking next to the Student Center on your right (350 Ferst Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30332). Parking is $2/hr. If Area 2 is full, please continue on Ferst Drive until reaching Area 3 parking on your right. Parking here is also $2/hr. with a max price of $15.
  • If using I-75 or I-85 Northbound:
    1. Take exit 249D for US-19/US 29 N/W Peachtree St.
    2. Continue onto Linden Avenue.
    3. Turn left onto West Peachtree St. 
    4. Turn left onto North Avenue. 
    5. Continue onto North Avenue and take a right onto Cherry St.
    6. The street will dead end at a stop sign. Take a left at it onto Ferst Drive.
    7. Continue straight until reaching Area 2 parking next to the Student Center on your right (350 Ferst Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30332). Parking is $2/hr. If Area 2 is full, please continue on Ferst Drive until reaching Area 3 parking on your right. Parking here is also $2/hr. with a max price of $15.
